The Foster MBCT100W Modular Blast Chiller is supplied without a floor and is for blast chilling application only. The MBCT100W has a 100kg capacity and is designed to fit most standard trolleys. It also has a larger 900mm width door. It features an operator friendly fan that cuts out whenever the door is opened and has an intuitive easy touch control pan. Modular blast chillers are a fantastic option for sites that need to chill a large capacity. They are designed to cope with even the most demanding and high volume kitchens.
